Caritas provides exceptional medical services to refugees and foreign workers who have difficulties in Jordan because they leave their home country to work in homes and industries, as well as community members to improve their physical and mental health, as well as other medical needs such as primary health care provided by general practitioners. Patients are screened and treated or transferred to hospitals or laboratories where they are treated by Caritas partners, where they receive secondary health care, either by being checked by specialists or undergo surgeries.

Caritas has not neglected the importance of awareness-raising sessions that prevent the spread of diseases and maintain the highest levels of personal hygiene. Women who suffer from ailments and disabilities also receive physical aid and tools aimed at raising their morale and restoring health.
