A Visit by the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs

 

 

A high-level visit of the Polish Project from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs took place in November 7-10. The three delegations were received by Caritas Jordan Program Manager, Unit Coordinator and Project Officer. The aim of the visit was to have a first-hand look on the two polish projects; “Responding to the Immediate Shelter Needs of Syrian Refugees and Vulnerable Jordanians”, a project implemented for six months: cash for rent assistance, and “Supporting Shelter Needs of Syrian Refugees and vulnerable Jordanians Module I” implemented for four months’ cash for rent assistance.

Both projects are “co-financed by the Polish Development Cooperation Program of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland. The delegations were acquainted with the projects implementation in Caritas Jordan Centers located in Mafraq, Irbid, Fuhais, Salt and Zarqa, while visiting a number of Syrian and Jordanian families.
