As part of the training program/ monthly theme, Volunteers Center held workshops for Caritas Volunteer Committees on the topic of "Help Relation'" the theme for September 2010.

These workshops started with a game highlighting the importance of Listening and Communication, and then followed by a group exercise to demonstrate the meaning of “Listening” through drawing.

After that, a topic was presented on the importance of “Listening” in the Christian values and how important it is to “listen”. The art of listening would be applied by the committees throughout the activities and meetings implemented by volunteers to build and maintain the relationship with parishes, needy families and local donors.

And in order to create a new concept for charity works, the focus was on the ways to use “Listening & Communication” as a fundamental base for respect and effective cooperation with others.

The workshops concluded work group discussion through which the volunteers pointed out the skill of listening that need to be used while visiting needy families (field visits).
